We are now looking to recruit an Inspection Coordinator to work offshore as part of the Marine Asset Integrity Reporting Team. Responsible for offshore and ROC project preparation activities on IRM business line projects. Primary responsibility is for the management of offshore and ROC inspection operations and reporting offshore and on-shore (when required). The Inspection Coordinator may be required to assist in the contract tendering and negotiation phase and be expected to provide project specific procedures and schedules. The Marine Asset Integrity team encompasses individuals working both in office based and offshore roles as well as within our new state of the art Remote Operations Centre facility.
The Inspection Coordinator will report to the Inspection Manager onshore and will be responsible for ensuring regular communication with the client throughout the duration of the offshore phase of a project and will ensure that any changes to work scope are agreed and documented. This may include identification of new methods and technology and cost reductions. The duties and responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to:
Ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of ROV pipeline and structural inspection projects;

What will you do this year? In your role as Security Duty Manager, your primary accountabilities will be to: Pre-Event:
Attend and actively participate in pre-event briefings to obtain and understand relevant event details, schedules, security plans, and special considerations.Conduct pre-event site walkthroughs with management to identify and address any safety or operational concerns.Verify that all assigned staff comply with uniform and deportment standards prior to deployment.
Event Operations:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for operational issues during events.Ensure staff adherence to established policies and procedures.Monitor staff performance throughout the event and address minor infractions in a timely and professional manner.Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Oversee crowd control measures, access management, and emergency response readiness.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., ticketing, first aid) to resolve emergent issues and ensure smooth event flow.
Incident Management & Reporting:
Handle routine disciplinary matters independently, including issuing verbal warnings and reassigning staff as needed.Escalate significant incidents involving safety, misconduct, or potential legal, financial, or reputational impacts in accordance with escalation protocols.Complete thorough, accurate incident documentation and submit all required reports within designated timelines.
Post-Event:
Lead or participate in post-event debrief sessions to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide constructive feedback regarding staff performance to relevant supervisors and managers.Submit comprehensive incident reports, event statics reports, staff performance notes, recommendations to inform future planning and training, and post-event summaries.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 3rd Shift Certified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g., Hot Work, LOTO, and line breaking).
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure.
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of the PM program.
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e., HVAC, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Hot Oil Heaters, and chiller systems).
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace, and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g. programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, and lighting) and components (e.g. sensors, switches, valves, PLCs, and control wiring), and mechanical systems (e.g. product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components.
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose and troubleshoot faulty operation.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in arranging and coordinating contractors, safety permits, and tasks to support facility and process maintenance/repairs.
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
One-year certificate from college or technical school.
Maintenance Mechanic Certificate or equivalent as deemed by the company.
Industrial Technology program graduate preferred.
Two to four years related experience and/or training.
Experience in LEAN manufacturing.
Military mechanical experience is a plus.
Experience in chemical/coating processing & production preferred.
Experience in dispensing operations preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Journeyman cards in various disciplines are preferred.
