During this apprenticeship you will learn to:
Assist experienced toolmakers and engineers with the manufacture, repair and maintenance of tooling
Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and measurements
Assist with the setting, operating and adjustment of workshop machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, grinders and drilling machines
Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges
Manufacture and modify precision components, jigs, fixtures, dies and tooling used within the copper tube production process
Carry out basic fitting, filing, drilling, cutting, grinding and machining activities
Assist with the inspection and measurement of finished components to ensure they meet required specifications
Help identify wear, damage or faults in tooling and report issues to experienced engineers
Assist with repairing and refurbishing worn tooling to extend its working life
Support engineers with planned preventative maintenance of tools and associated equipment
Assist with the installation, removal and changeover of tooling on production machinery
Learn how different tools affect the quality, dimensions and performance of copper tubing
Work with production and engineering teams to investigate tooling-related production problems
Assist with fault finding and problem solving when machinery or tooling is not operating correctly
Keep tools, machinery and the workshop area clean, organised and safe
Follow all company health and safety, quality and environmental procedures
Complete maintenance records, job sheets and other engineering documentation accurately
Gain experience across different areas of the factory to understand the complete copper tube manufacturing process
Attend college or training-provider sessions and apply the theoretical knowledge gained to practical engineering tasks
Gradually take on more complex tooling and engineering tasks as skills, confidence and competence develop
Work alongside experienced engineers to develop skills in precision engineering, machining, maintenance and toolmaking

This is a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship, Toolmaker pathway, delivered over a period of 3-4 years
The apprentice will attend the training centre, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, WS9 8UG, 2.5 days per week for the first 14 months, and the company for the rest of the time

An advertising and media executive will help with the day to day progress of the whole advertising process, from receiving the brief from the marketing team, including objectives, budget and timescales, through to the measurement of how effective the advertisement has been. In their daily work, they will interact with many other people, processes and systems. (For example the client, 3rd party suppliers, the broad team at the agency.)
They help campaigns move forward, coping with inevitable setbacks and changes in direction (some at the last minute), whilst showing collaboration and maintaining relationships with all. Usually, they report to an Account or Media Manager.

What you’ll do at work:
Successful candidates will provide clinical support to dentists, hygienists and patients
You will also assist the reception staff in any clerical duties and perform any other tasks as reasonably requested by the principal.
Duties will include:
Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile as appropriate according to the practice’s health and safety and infection control procedures and manufacturers' instructions
Use all equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and ensure that they are maintained regularly and in good working order
Provide chair side assistance, ensuring that the correct equipment is available
Always ensure the care and welfare of patients in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner
Handle all substances in accordance with Health and Safety policies
Ensure adequate stocks of materials and other items within the surgery
Ensure computer / written records are accurately maintained and securely stored
Liaise with reception to ensure smooth patient communications and transfer of records
Covering reception when required
Training:This course is delivered using a blended delivery model, an apprentice will spend 2 days per month at Bradford College undertaking classroom-based learning in addition to regular workplace assessments.
Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship, the apprentice will be awarded the following:

Extensive joint working with health, providers and families, coordinating packages of support across supported living, residential and community settings.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult Social Care Front Door team in North London.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team
Act as the first point of contact for all new adult social care enquiries, triaging referrals and making timely, proportionate decisions about the right response.
Complete Care Act 2014 assessments of care and support needs, determining eligibility and putting the person at the heart of the assessment alongside their family, friends and community networks.
Identify the presenting problem early to offer focused, short-term intervention, supporting adults to regain independence or reduce their reliance on other people and services.
Undertake mental capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and manage risk and complex decision-making where professional input is required.
Manage safeguarding concerns under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014, applying Making Safeguarding Personal throughout.
A role suited to a social worker confident in the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, working at pace, and delivering strengths-based, person-centred practice.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a front door, duty or fast-paced adults setting is desirable.

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
