Job Summary:
KIRKER, a leading nail polish manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service manager to lead and manage the department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer service processes are followed meticulously in line with quality expectations and will play a crucial role to keep an outstanding level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer service best practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and customer support to increase their level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Implement customer service initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding order status, product availability, and any potential delays. Ensure that all SOPs are strictly followed, maintaining high standards of service, quality and customer satisfaction in line with ISO/FDA/GMP requirements Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure perfect order management: on time and in a qualitative manners. Handle escalated customer service issues, providing solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience and constant improvements. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Work with cross functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into products and operations. Manage Customer Service Department staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the manufacturing or beauty industry. Strong knowledge of ISO certification and SOP implementation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with excel, Power BI and D365 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Activities can include:
To be part of a small Time Critical Solutions Team
Gaining solutions for emergency and dedicated vehicles, including all customs formalities this comes with. Mainly intra-European vans and trucks, along with charter aircraft and hand carries
Closely liaising and updating customs directly on their emergency movements.
Job Process:
Duties will include the following key activities :
Achieve personal and operational targets and report any problems that may affect performance i.e. Late deliveries, through KPI process
Ensure shipment procedures are followed according to operational procedures and highlight any concerns to the line manager i.e. issues with hauliers, partners or force major issues across the network
Maintain accurate data on company systems
Request materials and services needed to achieve targets
Contribute to safety and hygiene standards
Training:On-the-job training delivered by the employer.
Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment. A client within the public sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for an electrical Engineer to join their building services team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within the public sector environment.
The Role
The Services Engineer (Electrical) will be part of the Building Services Team, responsible for electrical services maintenance, planned programs, and capital works under the direction of the Building Services Manager.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Work as part of the Building Services Team to address electrical services maintenance and engineering elements of capital works.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from feasibility to project completion.
Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and contract drawings for electrical engineering works.
Ensure the timely completion of response repair work, monitor contractors’ progress, and carry out quality checks on-site.
Produce cost estimates, oversee contractor orders, and validate invoices for completed work.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require a degree or equivalent minimum ONC/OND and HNC/HND in Building Services (or equivalent), with a willingness to work towards Chartered Membership of CIBSE (or equivalent).
It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:
Significant experience in electrical engineering and building services, particularly in maintenance, design, and project management.
Experience in coordinating and leading electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering standards, decarbonisation, and current legislative requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS, NES, and other relevant software for design and documentation.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £35 p/h Umbrella p/h (approx. £27 PAYE).

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently recruiting Festive Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our Store Support Merchandising business. You will be working on site within a leading National supermarket retailer, providing store support in Merchandising/Stock Replenishment.
Working pattern:
Flexible working patterns - shifts available 7 days a week
9 hour to 12 hour shifts, mainly nights
£12.89 - £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 - £11.70 per hour + £1.39 - £1.41 holiday pay)

An exciting opportunity for Apprentices to be trained using the latest diagnostic equipment at Skillnets Training Academy for the F1 Autocentres Programme with the relevant skills to react to the ever-changing technological developments within the car industry. Apprentices will be provided with a Line Manager and Mentor at the workplace, in addition to receiving support and face to face visits from a Skillnet Skills Coach.
