Our client, an award winning North East law firm, are recruiting for an additional Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Newcastle. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ experience running their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of approx. 70 freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity cases with the aid of an assistant.
Dealing predominantly with local, non-referral work, working closely with clients from the start of the transaction to the end while providing an excellent level of client care.
Undertaking property searches, raising enquiries and dealing with HMLR formalities.
Preparing files for exchange and completion.
Dealing with post completion formalities with support.
Requirements:
