Senior Manufacturing Manager – Medical Devices – Oxford
Newton Colmore is working exclusively with a pioneering medical device company in Oxford that is redefining standards in patient care. We are seeking a senior manufacturing leader to take full responsibility for the operation and growth of a rapidly scaling production site. The technology you will help deliver has the potential to transform the lives of people around the world.
The device incorporates electronic components, so experience with electro‑medical or electronic medical technologies would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
You will have previously worked as a Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Director, taking full ownership of production output within a regulated environment. Experience within the medical devices sector is ideal, but we are also keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in biotech or other highly regulated manufacturing fields.
In this role, you will lead all manufacturing operations, manage and optimise production schedules, drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor members of the manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on leadership position, and due to the nature of the work and the need to support junior colleagues in real time, the role is fully on site with no hybrid or remote options.
The company is entering a significant growth phase and is exceptionally well funded, having secured record levels of investment at a time when many organisations have struggled. This provides a rare combination of cutting‑edge technology, long‑term stability and clear opportunities for progression.
Alongside the opportunity to work on a transformative medical technology, you will receive an excellent starting salary, private healthcare, income protection, life assurance, a pension scheme and a generous holiday allowance.
Interest in this position is expected to be high. If this opportunity aligns with your experience and ambitions, we encourage you to apply promptly.
To discuss the role in more detail, contact Andrew Welsh, Director of Medical Devices, Biotech and DeepTech Recruitment at Newton Colmore, on +44 121 268 2240. Alternatively, submit your CV and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss next steps.....Read more...
