Advertising & Media Apprentice

We are looking to offer 2 apprenticeship positions, 1 in our AV team and 1 in our Digital team. AV Apprentice: You’ll support the activation and delivery of AV campaigns, helping to book, traffic and manage media across: TV BVOD, VOD, Cinema, Radio and Digital Audio, while ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule. Digital Apprentice: You’ll support the activation and optimisation of digital campaigns, helping to set up, monitor and report on activity across Paid Social, Display & Online Video, ensuring campaigns deliver against client objectives. Alongside studying for your Apprenticeship Qualification, we’ll expect you to carry out some key responsibilities; Reporting: Using multi-media systems to monitor competitor activity, examine audience behaviour and demographics, and to implement and evaluate campaigns. Establishing media owner relationships:Liaising with media owners, keeping informed of the latest developments within their sector and building strong relationships to deliver the best value for our clients. Administration: Keeping on top of finance, bookings, competitive reporting, campaign analysis, client updates and weekly client reports. Contributing to agency life: We encourage employees to get involved in wider areas of the business. This can be anything such as new business pitches, DE&I initiatives, events planning or researching consumer and market trends. Industry knowledge: Keeping up to-date with both media and wider industry news to keep the agency and clients informed with relevant and interesting information. Audience Research: Using desk and primary research to tackle clients’ biggest insight challenges as we look to communicate with customers in more impactful ways. Training:Advertising & Media Executive Level 3 Standard: An advertising and media executive will help with the day-to-day progress of the whole advertising process, from receiving the brief from the marketing team, including objectives, budget and timescales, through to the measurement of how effective the advertisement has been. In their daily work, they will interact with many other people, processes and systems. (For example, the client, 3rd party suppliers, the broad team at the agency.) They help campaigns move forward, coping with inevitable setbacks and changes in direction (some at the last minute), whilst showing collaboration and maintaining relationships with all. Usually, they report to an Account or Media Manager. They usually specialise in one of two parts of the advertising process: the first is the process of producing the advertisement (creative); the second is the process of distributing the advertisement (media). Apprentices must therefore complete the core apprenticeship and one of these options. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation Assist with all operational duties of the kitchen and BOH team. Production Engineer
I am searching for an experienced Production Engineer for an internationally respected and very successful manufacturing business based near to Exeter. Reporting to the Lean Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supporting production throughout the in-house metal shop and assembly areas alongside the external supply chain. The role is focussing on the support of existing product ranges and the introduction of new products. You will help to development supporting systems to improve quality and sustainability of our client’s product range. The role will include the definition and delivery of strategic targets across the business. Working within the Production Engineering and Lean Team, you will ensure successful identification and implementation of best manufacturing practise. You will help review the suitability for manufacture of new products and maintain quality that exceeds customer expectation. Duties include: Identify and present ideas for improving production in order to improve profitability, quality, throughput and H&S. Conduct feasibility studies on continuous improvement ideas generated from within Production, gained sign off and implement those projects. Work closely with the Lean team to develop and implement best practices, routines and solutions to improve production rates, quality and output. Support the Production Team in evaluating the strategic development of on-site manufacturing to achieve business goals. Assist in the production of operating instructions. Assist in the coordination and management of new products internally and externally to support the manufacturing team where required. Produce written reports where required. You will undertake continuous training and development. Ensure adherence in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. Participate in new product reviews to ensure that only the most production efficient designs are released into production. Participate in Change Request reviews to ensure that the best and most cost-efficient solutions are adopted without having a negative impact on safety or quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal performance. Work as part of the production engineering team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements. Stay current and up to date on any technology changes that may affect manufacturing and advise of any impact. Liaise and communicate with other departments, suppliers, and other service providers as and when required. Required skills and attributes: Excellent people skills. Experience of working with sheet metal fabrication with an understanding of related manufacturing processes and limitations. Experience of quality management including proven use of DFMEA & PFMEA. Project management experience and a track record of identifying and successfully implementing change. Previous involvement in new product introductions would be beneficial. Experience of Value Analysis and Value Engineering techniques, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping and 8D would be beneficial but is NOT a prerequisite. We also operate many more schemes using our pre-payment system.About the Role As part of the Client Relations Management Team, you'll be the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You'll conduct regular reviews, manage client expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.This role is perfect for someone who is confident working with people at a senior level, solving problems, and making a real impact on client satisfaction.Essential Requirements Must have a permit to work in the UK Live within commuting distance of our offices in Sevenoaks and Leatherhead Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients Experience managing team members is desirable but not essential Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed. This includes conducting regular client and scheme reviews, gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing agreed actions.You will also manage client expectations by setting clear expectations regarding our service levels. You will be expected to visit clients within London and occasionally outside of London when required.Business Development Build strong relationships with clients with a view to retaining and renewing contracts, as well as identifying opportunities for additional services and new business.Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery for client schemes. This includes: Working with the Operations team to ensure scheme-specific service and reporting requirements are met Communicating with Customer Services regarding consumer-related issues Liaising with the Debt Management team on outstanding balances affecting client schemes Engaging with the Technical team to manage connection or system issues Regulatory Awareness Ensure your clients are kept informed of Heat Network regulations and their impact.
