GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Shipping Team Lead collaborates with shipper/receivers to ensure accurate and efficient shipping operations, provides guidance and support to the team, communicates priorities, and assists in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts, all while working independently under minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with shipper/receivers to prepare, receive, load, and unload shipments, ensuring smooth operations within the department.• Ensure accurate and quality work by performing all shipping functions, including completing necessary documentation, utilizing relevant software and technology, and inspecting products for quality.• Support and validate team efforts by answering questions, providing guidance, and confirming that tasks align with department standards and objectives.• Communicate daily plans and priorities to the shipping team to meet departmental goals and maintain clear direction.• Assist the shipping supervisor by providing regular feedback on workflow and recognizing when to escalate issues for resolution.• Troubleshoot complex issues with minimal assistance, independently resolving challenges as they arise.• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness.• Cross-train in production areas across the facility to ensure comprehensive operational knowledge.• Work under minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and accountability in daily tasks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Four to seven years related experience and/or training

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator (3rd Shift) starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely. There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III). The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues, resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various offline and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required.
Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is an integral member of the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Department. The post holder will coordinate all administrative aspects of the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Services, including patient communication, reception, scheduling and clerical duties.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals. The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness. Other responsibilities include improving workforce flexibility, reducing operating costs, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Small K and process improvements, and holding their employees accountable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the activities of the team members in the production of quality products in accordance with work instructions and company policy, to ensure a quality product delivered on time.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards, as required by law and company policy.
Implements Skill Sets and job-related training for all employees on the shift.
Coaches and provides technical and Supervisory expertise to resolve processing issues and creates and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
Manages the execution of the Production Schedule.
Supervisory responsibilities include management of employee performance, hiring, discipline, development, and resource planning.
Implements and reviews SOPs and drives compliance standards.
Utilizes problem-solving techniques and teamwork-building strategies to meet or exceed the facility's key operating statistics.
Facilitates workflow management, workforce scheduling, and team members' placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded.
Conducts leads or implements the appropriate lean process audits.
Maintains adherence to company policies, standard work, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Learns and performs training on the SAP production modules.
Participates in scheduled Gemba walks and drives resolution to identified wastes and issues.
Uses DAKOTA software as a compliance tool for environmental health and safety.
Leads Daily Tier meetings with Production Associates. Posts constraints and drives resolution in a timely manner.
Enforces plant housekeeping standards.
Performs other job duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
EXPERIENCE:
Four to ten years' related experience and/or training.
Demonstrated experience working hands-on in a manufacturing production environment.
Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Suites and Statistical Analysis.
SAP applications and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) utilization.
Proven facility and leadership.
Labor relations and negotiation.
Interact with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of arithmetic, "Lean" concepts, Lean Six Sigma, ISO procedures, and their applications.
