JOB DESCRIPTION The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region. Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge: Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability. This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
