Position Summary
As a Technical Service Representative, you will manage daily service requirements for assigned accounts and territories, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction. This role offers opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a direct impact on our clients' success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all service activities for assigned accounts, including on-site product testing, customer training, issue resolution, timely documentation, and process auditing.
- Ensure the quality of coatings and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support.
- Report activities and accomplishments to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and other stakeholders as directed.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry organizations, and company functions.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Professional training in a related field or completion of relevant business/professional seminars.
- Excellent facilitation, people, leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong color examination skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.

Physical Demands

The company is seeking an experienced Cheminformatics Scientist to join their multidisciplinary team in Boston, MA and help run their cheminformatics function. As a key member of their research and development team, you will leverage your expertise in computational chemistry and data analysis to support drug discovery efforts and advance their pipeline of therapeutic candidates.

You will be Responsible for:

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following;
Ideally educated to PhD-level in Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
Experience in cheminformatics or computational chemistry, preferably within a start-up environment in industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with cheminformatics software packages (e.g., RDKit, OpenEye, ChemAxon).
Strong understanding of chemical informatics principles, molecular modeling techniques, and structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
