Rotational assignments typically include our production lines, Rebuild and Ancillary departments (Utilities and Palletisation) where there are defined expectations of capability and learning to support both the business needs as well as the apprenticeship learning expectations. Your apprenticeship will require you to attend college to gain qualifications to match your job role and during the college holidays, you will be required to attend site to apply what you have been learning at college, into practice (prior attainment will be taken into consideration when planning your college training). Apprentices will be working on site alongside experienced engineers who will support and mentor you, building capability and problem-solving techniques to confidently evaluate and implement solutions, attending college one day per week.
