Our role as maintenance engineers on site is to ensure that the machinery and facilities are kept in good working order by efficiently responding to breakdowns using appropriate fault-finding techniques and completing the planned maintenance schedule within appropriate time frames.
The role also entails working on projects to help improve the business as a whole and bring new ideas and innovation to the company. This will often involve liaising with colleagues at various levels within the company to better understand what improvements can be made. It is our job to ensure that our consumables and spare parts stock remains at an acceptable level and kept in a tidy and organised state.
