As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the maintenance schedules for all production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your role will involve coordinating with the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance activities, track maintenance tasks, and manage inventory of spare parts. You will also analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with various departments will be essential in maintaining the high operational standards.
How you can help us:
Work with the Engineering Manager to deliver all elements within the Engineering Plan.
Ensure all assets are maintained to minimum legal standard and meet insurance requirements, (lifting equipment, pressure systems and LEV).
Implement an effective Engineering Planning System that maximises utilisation of resources.
Produce a weekly engineering schedule to ensure maintenance is executed to the highest of standards and delivers asset reliability. Spends time on the plant to ensure engineering work is planned and estimated within cost and delivers value for money maintenance.

The successful candidates will gain a full Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician Standard - pathway Mechatronics Maintenance. You will work in either the Assembly or Press Shop Maintenance Departments, alongside other talented Technicians.
