Most of all we will teach you how to be safe! We will introduce you to risk assessments, work permits, you will go through our H&S training e-learning portal and complete modules
We use a H&S portal in which we use daily to monitor all areas, we have daily check lists that we need to complete. (fire alarms, ladder safety check, tool checks etc)
Some jobs we employee external contractors for like roof work or big plumbing, electrical jobs
You will have the chance to observe these works and ask questions
Each day is varied and we track our jobs using apps, the staff all have access to post a job in which you will be alerted to the waiting jobs you will need to complete in a timely manner
