An opportunity has arisen for an Business Development Manager / Outreach Manager to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking cleaning and facilities solutions provider offering tailored services designed to deliver operational ease and cleanliness across the UK. As an Business Development Manager / Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new commercial cleaning contracts through direct outreach and relationship building. This is a self-employed role with 15% commission for the period of 3 months transitioning to a salaried role (£30k) plus bonus, commission and also back pay bonus if targets are met.
