As part of the tendering process, the estimator will be responsible for assembling design information and producing quantities (take-offs) that are then utilised for producing cost estimates of the various elements of the building. These are then collated, along with other project costs, to produce an overall tender cost estimate which is then included as part of the tender submission document to the client. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands. This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees. Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.
