JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities included (but not limited to) Material Management Schedule adherence Quality Control Installer Management Safety Forecasting/Invoice (PMF) Change Orders Post Job Reports Customer Management Daily Reports/Site Visits (with photos) Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and Sales/Construction Division team regarding project specific events, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs and product consumption. Works closely with the installation crew in the training and proper application of Stonhard products in the Field (requires occasional weekend work). Monitors product performance under various conditions and communicates with Research and Development/Technical Service on product performance and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years' related experience, preferably with industrial and commercial projects Spends a minimum of 4 days per week in the field on Stonhard projects. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 20%) Regional travel in the field is >50% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.

The role of Trainee ME (Engineering Design Support / CMM PC DMIS Programmer) is to gain all knowledge and training to support the ME Planning Dept as the final gate to Model / Drawing verifications prior to manufacturing and support rectifications where required.
Learn to Create CMM programmes for NPI and Legacy improvements (utilising PC DMIS), whilst also supporting CMM failures by delving into and analysing results to support manufacturing.
Active Physical inspection and verification on machining Centres where required to support Production teams / Operators as part of the ME Product Support team.
Prove out of New / Modified Programs to be Led by Process owner (assemble of Fixtures and all associated paperwork included)
The role will involve shopfloor support (once trained, but support is on hand) as and when issues occur. When an employee has a problem with a part / program, they will handover to the CMM apprentice who will resolve the issue and complete the manufacture of the part to ensure no defects occur.
Training:The role will be based fully onsite at the Heroux-Devtek address below, except for one-day a week which will be studying onsite at the University of Derby. Essential Functions:
Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding. Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization. This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand. Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed. Adjudication/mediation for installer issues. Conducts weekly regional operations team calls. Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings. Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed. Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region. Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs. Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners. Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.
Minimum Requirements
B.S. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Spend at least three days per week in the field Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. This growing company is looking for a Quotations Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused quotations. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to gather information, understand client requirements, and prepare formal quotations. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset will ensure every quote meets client expectations while supporting operational efficiency. Preferred Experience:Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Experience in sourcing, procurement, or quotation preparation.Familiarity with MRP systems.Ability to review technical drawings and specifications (training can be provided).Knowledge of CNC machining or programming, particularly 5-axis mills and multi-axis lathes.Basic understanding of CAD/CAM systems.Awareness of material types, grades, and their machinability.Understanding of material treatments and finishing processes. Key Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.The ability to interpret technical drawings (training will be provided).Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers.Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely quotations in line with customer requirements, using an MRP system.Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with suppliers to gather technical details, pricing, and lead times.Ensure all client specifications are clearly understood and accurately reflected in formal quotations.Source competitive pricing for materials and services by communicating effectively with suppliers.Maintain strong communication with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.Work closely with buyers to align quotations with customer needs and internal capabilities.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline the quotation process.Assist in identifying and following up on potential business opportunities.Create process plans and estimate machining times to support comprehensive quotations, including materials, finishes, and hardware (full training provided).
