This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing international main contractor delivering major projects worth billions across the UK and Europe. Based on a flagship project in Somerset, you will take a senior leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of significant CSA works, overseeing the project from planning and procurement through construction and final handover.

Rather than operating through multiple layers of corporate management, the company maintains a relatively flat structure where senior leaders have genuine autonomy, direct access to decision-makers and the ability to make fast commercial and operational decisions. You will be trusted to run your part of the project as a business, building and leading high-performing teams while maintaining relationships with the client, supply chain and wider project leadership.

Your role as Project Director – CSA will include:
Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major CSA packages
Leading construction teams across civil, structural and architectural disciplines
Managing Senior Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and engineering teams
Taking ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project delivery
Driving the project from pre-construction and procurement through construction, completion and handover
Managing major subcontractors and ensuring performance against programme and contractual requirements
Working closely with MEP, design, commercial, planning and commissioning leadership
Building strong relationships with the client, consultants and key project stakeholders
Identifying project risks early and making fast, commercially focused decisions
Reporting directly into senior business leadership on project performance
Developing the project team and identifying future leaders within the business
Supporting future project mobilisation as the company's UK and European pipeline continues to grow
The successful Project Director – CSA will need:
Extensive experience delivering major CSA packages for a main contractor
Project Director, Construction Director or senior project leadership experience
Strong civil, structural and/or architectural construction knowledge
Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and major subcontract packages
Strong commercial, contractual and programme awareness
Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Ability to take full ownership and make decisions in a fast-moving project environment

Commercial awareness and confidence assessing risk
Ability to interpret technical and contractual information
Confidence working with operational and commercial stakeholders
Ability to work accurately to deadlines
Experience with NEC contracts, highways frameworks or public-sector infrastructure work would be advantageous but is not essential.

Develop and review of product literature, application instruction, and the maintenance and updating of field training manuals.
Comprehensive understanding of applicable Building Code requirements related to EIFS and other types of façade systems.
Write, review, and make recommendations for letters of installation and job parameters along with detailed drawings to help make the sale.
Formally respond to inquiries in written form based on sound engineering judgement.
Provide technical training to internal and external customers focused on façade systems, code requirements, test methods, and application of relevant Tremco systems.
Effectively collaborate with internal and designated external customers.
Assure product performance through reviewing and making recommendations for proper use and field application.
Master assigned core product line technology to include writing policy.
Actively able to train/mentor new employees.
Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate a high level of understanding of building science principles.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in science, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field required; High School Diploma or GED and 15+ years related experience required, in lieu of college degree.
EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of Civil Engineering, Architectural, Building Envelope, Building Science, Construction Consulting, Construction industry or similar experience.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the field (job-site-related experience).
Expertise with Canadian codes related to EIFS, system fire performance, air/water resistive barrier systems.
Strong background in understanding building science principles and performing related wall assembly analyses for a diversity of wall systems.

Join an established international contractor delivering technically complex projects across the data centre, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. You’ll act as the project-wide authority for lifting operations, setting the standards and ensuring every lift is properly engineered, planned and controlled. This is a senior, planning-focused position rather than a hands-on Lifting Supervisor role. You’ll review, challenge and approve lifting arrangements developed by specialist contractors, ensuring crane selection, sequencing and logistics are fully coordinated with the wider construction programme. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from initial site setup and major civil works through to structural construction and MEP installation. Your role will include:
Developing and maintaining the project-wide lifting strategy
Acting as the technical authority and Lead Appointed Person for lifting operations
Reviewing, challenging and approving subcontractor lift plans, RAMS and safe systems of work
Assessing routine, complex and critical lifting operations
Calculating and verifying loads, weights, radii, crane capacities and configurations
Coordinating tower cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, gantries and specialist lifting equipment
The ideal Technical Lifting Operations Manager will have:
Extensive experience as an Appointed Person or Technical Lifting Manager
Experience providing project-wide governance for lifting operations on major construction or engineering projects
Experience within data centres, industrial facilities, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, logistics or other high-hazard environments
Norwegian or EU/EEA working rights

The Euclid Chemical Company is seeking an experienced Admixture Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our concrete chemical admixture portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product lifecycle management, market positioning, and profitability of plasticizers, superplasticizers, accelerators, retarders, air-entraining agents, water reducers, and specialty admixtures used in ready-mix, precast, and infrastructure applications. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface between R&D, technical service, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver high-performance, value-added solutions that meet evolving construction industry demands. The Admixture Product Manager is expected to demonstrate an enthusiastic commitment to providing industry-leading service and support to internal and external Euclid Chemical customers. They should also be dedicated to personal growth in product knowledge and industry experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide service and support for the Euclid Chemical admixture product lines • Assist in product troubleshooting by proactively coordinating testing and analysis activities between sales representatives, customers, Product Managers, R&D/product development, and operations.• Assist in the development of next generation sales tools such as product comparative guides, certification letters, product calculators, concrete mix design tools etc.; formats include paper-based, web-based, and/or electronic tools.• Actively participate and complete tasks efficiently within the company's Corporate Initiatives• Interact as a reliable peer especially to product managers and assistants, marketing communication staff, sales representatives, customer service, business development, R&D/product development, and the operations group.• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization in close collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams; manage stage-gate processes and prioritization. • Monitor product performance, quality, and profitability; recommend portfolio rationalization or line extensions as needed.• Track regulatory developments (ASTM, EN, local standards) and ensure products remain compliant; support certification and approval processes.• Maintain electronic product technical files.• Help plan and provide product training and demonstrations to organization/customers. • Occasional travel to construction jobsites or customer locations to provide product support and travel to participate in industry and Trade organizations/associations may be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Marketing or a closely related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, technical sales, or application development within construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, or related specialty chemicals.• Solid understanding of concrete technology, mix design principles, and the functional chemistry of admixtures (polycarboxylate ethers, lignosulfonates, etc.).• Proven track record of successfully launching or managing industrial chemical products and driving revenue growth.• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, value selling, and competitive positioning.• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.• Willingness to travel (approximately 15-30%) to customer sites, plants, and industry events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Direct experience with ready-mix or precast concrete producers.• Knowledge of sustainability trends (CO₂ reduction, recycled materials, low-clinker cements) and how admixtures support them.• Understanding of the use of concrete admixtures, fiber reinforcement, testing of materials and/or concrete technology is desired.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
