We firmly believe that young people are the key to our on-going success and as such, this Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship Framework has been designed to develop the CMA through a combination of on the job training and further education to potentially work as a Skilled CNC Machinist within the Machine Shop. The Advanced Level 3 Framework consists of an extended level 3 NVQ supported with an appropriate certificate of academic achievement, done through attending College on a day release basis. The Role:
The CMA will work within this friendly company, who offer a pleasant but busy working environment. The apprenticeship training will take place at the setting, with some online meetings and face to face meetings with your assessor
You will also be required to complete some work online
Functional Skills in English and maths to be completed (if required)
Training Outcome:
The right candidate could either remain as a level 2 practitioner within the setting, or take on the level 3 apprenticeship
This leads to further progression such as room leader positions and additional responsibilities within the nursery
