We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients. In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Please note all training is provided upon your first shift. Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Sciences team will participate in different projects with various scopes of work. The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues. Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project. Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Core Responsibilities:
Diary and calendar management for senior stakeholders (including across time zones).
Booking and co-ordinating travel arrangements, expenses, and itineraries.
Supporting with meetings, events and projects (booking rooms, catering, logistics, scheduling calls).
Acting as a key point of contact for queries from colleagues and stakeholders.
Preparing and maintaining team documents, handover notes and procedures.
Supporting with onboarding of new starters (desk moves, access, team logistics).
Assisting with data and reporting tasks to support senior managers.
