Reporting to the Head of People Change, you will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for People systems, ensuring Workday capability is clearly aligned with business priorities and colleague needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders across People, Payroll, Finance, IT and Compliance, acting as the key link between business requirements and systems support. The Redline Group has an urgent requirement for a Contract Test & Validation Engineer to support an established engineering organisation developing advanced electronic products used within safety-critical environments. Following continued product development activity and increasing validation demands, they require an experienced contractor to strengthen their Testing & Validation team and support product release activities.
This role is expected to start ASAP and will run for an initial 6-month period, with potential for extension. The successful contractor will be required on-site in South Wales five days per week due to the laboratory-based nature of the work.
The successful contractor will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, investigating faults, supporting root-cause analysis activities and validating hardware, firmware and complete system functionality. You will also work closely with engineering teams to improve product quality, test coverage and release readiness.
