Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Technician include:
Working as part of a Skilled Engineering team, tasked with the accurate building of bespoke Automated Machinery
Reading, interpreting and working directly from engineering drawings to ensure that machines are built in-line with specifications
Building, assembling & installing a vast range of technologies onto bespoke automated machinery, including sub-assemblies, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, conveyors, grabbers and many more
Occasionally travelling to customer facilities to install, commission, service and/or repair machinery – nationally and internationally (business class flights on long-haul journeys). Customers are based on most continents all across the world (Mexico, Dubai & Vietnam are real examples)
Working Hours of the Mechanical Technician:
37.5 Hours per week, spread across a regular day shift:
Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 16:30

Overtime is frequently available midweek (2 hours per day) and Saturdays & Sundays (6 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:

He or she or they will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on site. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have some experience in building maintenance.
