Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London- £42,500

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Moorgate, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. Monday to Friday –07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 09:00 am to 18:00 pmKey Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcMonitor the BMS systems.Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)General building fabricEscort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
