We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) Technician to join our professional team at our Maidstone workshop. Working alongside a team of dedicated technicians, you will be responsible for carrying out a full range of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks. Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an LCV or Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Main Dealer experience preferred but not essential full training provided
- Good understanding of diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret fault codes
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Desirable Skills (Training Provided If Needed):
- Experience working with manufacturer systems and processes
- Hybrid or EV maintenance knowledge
- MOT Tester qualification

Your duties as a Technial Engineer- Workshop include:
Carrying out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on environmental monitoring equipment.
Supporting the testing and final build of systems before dispatch.
Helping investigate faults and propose improvements to reduce failures.
Reading technical drawings and working with electronic/pneumatic systems.
Updating the team on progress and status of workshop tasks.
