The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, working alongside a team of volunteers to maximise sales and create a welcoming experience for customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and supporting the shop team
Organising volunteer rotas and shop cover
Driving sales and maximising funds raised
Delivering excellent customer service
Merchandising, deliveries and stock management
EPOS, cash handling and banking

About You
We’re looking for someone with previous retail or customer-facing experience who is confident supervising and leading others.
