A Structured Interview. This will consist of 10 questions asked by an AAT Independent Assessor. It will last 60 minutes and will be performed remotely via the AAT on-line video portal. The questions will allowing you to to display the knowledge and experience you have obtained over your apprenticeship. You will build a Portfolio of reflections and product evidence that will be used to support your answers to these 10 questions.
An In-tray Test. This will be undertaken under exam conditions and will last 105 minutes. It will be based on what you have studied in your AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
Successful completion of the AAT (Level 2) Foundation Certificate in Accounting is a mandatory element of the Accounts / Finance Assistant Apprenticeship.
Your Apprenticeship will therefore include formal studies towards this qualification. It is anticipated that your apprenticeship duration will be for 15 months, although earlier completion is possible, provided the duration exceeds one year and a week.
You will receive support from both the employer, and the training provider, to complete and achieve your Apprenticeship and will be given time to study during the week on a day release basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
Get hands-on with marketing campaigns by helping plan, create, and deliver

Support with managing company social media accounts, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement
Research industry trends and keep an eye on the competition
Assist with email marketing and help keep the CRM system up to date

Senior Compliance Engineer

My client is one of the worlds leading Approved body's within their industry with a privately owned business, based within Macclesfield. They are currently looking for a skilled Senior Compliance Engineer to join their Machinery Safety team.
The Role - Senior Compliance Engineer:
The activities involve machinery safety inspections, providing technical support in
safe machine design and CE/UKCA marking requirements; drafting and review of
technical files; providing training on machinery safety and actively engage in
accreditation and compliance processes of the Approved Body. The position
requires someone with a breadth of engineering experience and love of machinery
and involves regular travel within in the UK and some travel abroad.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Senior Compliance Engineer:
To have familiarity with different and complex hazardous machines from a range of manufacturing sectors
To enjoy manufacturing and machinery and have some understanding of user requirements. Evidence of hands-on experience with machinery, be it design, development, engineering management or maintenance.
Experience in technical compliance, or knowledge of, would be an
advantage.
Mechanical (possibly electrical) engineering degree with sound academic qualifications from school and university.
Ability to apply first-principles thinking
Excellent communication skills; ability to write clearly in English; tact and diplomacy in customer interaction
Attention to detail: ability to understand, interpret and apply legal requirements and standards
A good understanding of what it means to work in an impartial manner
The Package - Senior Compliance Engineer:
- If successful, you will be offered a competitive salary between £50,000 and £65,000,
- A workplace pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private medical insurance, a profit share scheme and support with Continuous Professional Development.

As an Apprentice Brewer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the brewing process, learning how to:
Assist in brewing operations from raw materials to finished product
Support mash-in, sparging, boiling, cooling and fermentation activities
Operate and clean brewing equipment, fermentation vessels and packaging lines
Monitor key quality parameters such as temperature, pH, gravity and carbonation
Record and analyse data using our management platform (BREWW)
Contribute to cellar management, dry hopping, yeast handling and beer conditioning
Clean and sanitise equipment to maintain high hygiene standards
Package beer into cask, keg and can formats under supervision
Follow health and safety procedures and work within food safety guidelines(HACCP, COSHH)
Assist with stock management, deliveries and supplier ordering
Support sales administration tasks including invoice management and customer communications
Attend internal planning and production meetings, and occasionally represent the brewery at events
Participate in industry learning opportunities and professional development activities
You’ll also be expected to complete all apprenticeship assignments and training requirements, including attendance at six two-day workshops delivered at the University of Nottingham.Training:You will complete the Level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship.
