The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. The Role of the Finance & Operations Controller
Our client is the leading manufacture of ophthalmology devices & consumables and is well known throughout the world
Working within the Finance department, looking for a Finance & Operations Controller to oversee the daily operations of the business, working closely with the executive and operational teams to provide process expertise, accurate management and financial information and insights to support and drive decision making.
Order-to-Cash processes, from order receipt to final invoicing for B2B and D2C channels.
Be accountable for the local business processes within Order Management and Order Fulfilment teams.
Collaborate across the business to provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise and perform gap analysis.
Facilitate learning, provide process training (competency development) and prepare end user documentation.
Excellent experience in and understanding of SAP S4/HANA and knowledge of the supply chain processes in SAP S4/HANA
Strong emphasis on financial control, particularly around margins and operational capital.
The role will provide significant support to the order processing teams, with a potential future split of financial control responsibilities into two distinct areas.
A key requirement is the ability to understand and manage the full order-to-cash process

The Ideal Person for the Finance & Operations Controller
Deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA, especially from a commercial and operational perspective.
While SAP is complex, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to learn its intricacies if not already an expert
Someone who can see the bigger picture, understands how all the moving parts fit together, and can drive process improvements.
Industry background is not critical; the focus is on commercial SAP experience and strong financial acumen.
A candidate who combines technical expertise with operational insight and adaptability
Degree educated with finance background
ACCA or similar certification would be advantageous, but not essential.

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
Sanitation is responsible for all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the Processing facility, surrounding area and equipment. Reports to the Production supervisor and receives direction concerning sanitation activities.
Perform daily sanitation of all processing lines and mixing rooms.
Ensure food safety and food defense in the plant.
Promotes a safe work environment through knowledge of the sanitation program and commitment to a safe workplace for all. Ensures that staff are informed of corporate safety requirements and that safety is a priority in day to day functions.
Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve quality and food safety performance, determine and implement corrective actions.
Follow best practices for safety, SDS guidelines, and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Responsible for filling out daily sanitation logs, performance reports and shift paperwork.
Regularly complete training in methods of improving sanitation processes
Makes certain that all areas are kept clean of waste, debris, and liquids to avoid safety hazards
Ensures that at the end of the shift all documentation pertinent to sanitation.
Maintains effective communications between the Manager and shift supervisors.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:
Must possess good reading, writing and math skills.
Must always be safety conscious.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision
Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks. Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
