Apprentice Process Technician

As a Process Technician Apprentice, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You will be "learning by doing" - gaining the technical skills required to operate, monitor, and maintain sophisticated industrial equipment. You’ll work alongside seasoned engineers to ensure our production lines are hitting targets without compromising on safety. What You’ll Be Doing: Monitoring Systems - Learning to read gauges, flowmeters, and digital control panels to keep the "vitals" of the plant stable Troubleshooting - Identifying why a machine isn't performing at 100% and assisting with the fix e.g. Calibrations & speed checks Quality Control - Taking samples and performing basic lab tests to ensure the final product meets exact specifications Safety First - Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and wearing the proper PPE to maintain a "zero-incident" environment Maintenance - Learning the difference between preventive maintenance and emergency repairs Training:Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Level 3.Training Outcome:This is the first step toward becoming a Senior Technician, Shift Lead, or even a Plant Manager.Employer Description:We are a global materials science and digital identification solutions company with approximately 35,000 employees in more than 50 countries.
