The Role
As a 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle in line with all road transport legislation.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Deliver goods to customers' homes safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Load and unload heavy and bulky items with your delivery partner.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and use delivery management systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery.
- Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy.
- Comply with Driver Hours regulations and Digital Tachograph requirements at all times.
What We're Looking For Essential:
- Full UK Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.

Transport Planner - Working HoursThe role is Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone who can meet the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. It is a full-time role, therefore 37.5 hours a week standard, but there will be requirements during busier periods for longer working hours and potential weekend working.You will also be required to undertake an on-call facility, every one weekend in three.
