SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Associate National Account Executive supports the Home Depot Spray Paint business through sales analysis, customer engagement, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Support management of the Home Depot Spray Paint business, partnering with the National Account Executive to deliver sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Analyze POS, inventory, and forecast performance to identify growth opportunities, demand trends, and risks to service levels.
Collaborate with forecasting, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to improve product availability and maintain customer fill rate expectations.
Prepare customer-facing business reviews, presentations, and sales recaps for Home Depot merchandising and inventory teams.
Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Insights teams to develop fact-based recommendations that drive category growth and shopper conversion.
Track customer orders, inventory positions, and service metrics and communicate actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Home Depot merchants, planners, inventory teams, and internal partners to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in: Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer marketing, category management, or account support, preferably within consumer-packaged goods or retail channels.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify business opportunities and operational risks.
Self-starter with a high level of initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, store walks, and business reviews.
Salary Target Range: $80,000 - $115,000, bonus eligible
