Acting as the vital link between centre teams and senior leadership, you’ll also contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTutor Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and train tutors to meet organisational and Ofsted standards.Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.Manage tutor schedules and workload across multiple centres.
Operational Oversight
Oversee the daily operations of centres, ensuring smooth running and high standards.Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for tutor management and learner engagement.Monitor performance metrics including student progress and centre compliance.
Quality Assurance
Evaluate teaching quality through regular observations.Support tutors with lesson planning and delivery.Analyse learner outcomes and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Compliance & Inspection Readiness
Ensure centres are fully compliant with Ofsted and other regulatory standards.Lead preparation for Ofsted inspections and follow-up on action plans.
Strategic & Data-Driven Leadership
Work with senior management to develop strategies for operational and educational excellence.Analyse data to report on centre performance and recommend improvements.
About YouEssential:
Education qualification at Level 5 or above.Minimum 3 years in educational management or operations.At least 5 years of teaching experience.Strong track record in lesson observations and improving teaching standards.Experience working to Ofsted criteria and preparing for inspections.
Desirable:
Familiarity with e-Portfolio systems (preferably OneFile).Experience with The Matrix Standard.Commitment to CPD.
