Colour Matching: Possess the ability to accurately match and reproduce a wide range of paint colours, ensuring consistency and precision in the repair process.
Damage Assessment: Work closely with other technicians to assess and document vehicle damage, providing input on the most effective paint repair methods.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed paintwork to ensure it meets McLaren's stringent quality standards, making any necessary corrections.
Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
