About the team
This team works as a multidisciplinary environment working collaboratively NHS professionals to provide appropriate support to those with mental health concerns and their carers. Undertaking complex placement reviews, facilitating hospital discharges and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position. As a senior in the team, this role involves taking on more complex cases and providing advise and guidance to less experienced team members when necessary.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health team (ideally in a community setting or NHS based) lends well to the success of this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not essential for this role.
