How will I be taught?
As an apprentice, you are entitled to 20% of your working time off for studying. This will be agreed between your employer, you and us - we can advise how best to do this
Our blended approach is highly work-based – you will spend 80% of your time in the programme on the job, actively applying what you’ve learned right away in the workplace
You’ll spend the other 20% in off-the-job learning, which includes classroom sessions, digital learning activities, and learning and development activities at your workplace outside your normal day-to-day working duties

Work with the Regional and local Tremco CPG Company Technical Sales Reps on projects developed under the Construction Quality Control Program. EDUCATION
Minimum HS Diploma or GED with 5 years' experience in a laboratory environment OR Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, General Science or similar with no experience.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing etc.) Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Daily Management of Enquiries: Handle inquiries from both sales teams and external customers.
Proposal Creation: Develop proposals based on electrical/mechanical schematics and Bills of Materials for industrial applications.
Engineering Support: Assist in managing multiple works orders, supporting the production team on technical and design aspects of the build process.
Inspection & Test Support: Support inspection and testing of assembled products when required.
Project Schedule Management: Maintain and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate with non-franchise suppliers and the purchasing department regarding product pricing and availability for production.
Documentation Control: Management of documentation control for all assembly division projects and contract customers.
