Main Role Responsibilities 1. Prepare detailed resourced target programmes with critical path after award for budget purposes for the projects allocated to you by the Project Review Manager 2. Prepare key subcontractor resourced programmes 3. Prepare weekly and bi-weekly progress reports comparing actual versus target programmes with critical path analysis 4. Monitor progress on site 5. Prepare programmes to support EOT and compensation claims 6. Attend site meetings to support Contract Manager 7. The Role Summary
Out client is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Business Continuity Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 2 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a set of effective Business Continuity (BC) arrangements, working closely with the business to capture and reflect relevant detail within the Service-Level BC Plans, as well as developing the supporting collateral including training materials to support the organisation. Your key duties within the role will include:
Work closely with the business, particularly senior management, and delegates thereof, to capture the content for the Service-Level (operational) Plans

Key requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Continuity Manager or above

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Planner is responsible for efficiently scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements for the plant. Additionally, they compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, organizing, and controlling activities related to the procurement and inventory control functions. Using SAP and forecasts to develop a master schedule and prepare short-range plans for plant production activities. Following the progress of production, anticipating or investigating major causes of delays, and ensuring that corrective action is taken. Revising production schedules when required due to labor or material shortages, backlogs, forecast inaccuracies, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering. Monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to schedule. Conferring with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes. Analyzing and adjusting slow-moving inventory plans with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) on a monthly basis. Setting priorities for production schedules based on forecast needs, production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Purchasing sufficient parts and supplies and maintaining safety stock levels to meet all schedule needs. Maintaining data integrity in SAP of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Material Masters. Performing all tasks of production scheduling and purchasing as needed to support plant functions in their absence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
