As a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team, ensuring property transactions are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.

You will be responsible for:
* Preparing correspondence, legal documents and property-related paperwork with accuracy.
* Opening, maintaining and closing client files in line with internal procedures.
* Managing telephone enquiries, diary appointments and general client communications.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties to obtain information and provide progress updates.
* Assisting with property searches, Land Registry matters and other conveyancing processes.

What we are looking for:

* Possess prior experience in conveyancing (highly preferable)
* Knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
