The apprentice will work as an Assistant to Technical Support within Sure Retail Equipment Limited's technical support / retail technology team. The main purpose of the role is to provide high-quality customer service support to retailers and end users using SOLUM electronic shelf label (ESL) systems, while learning digital support skills and supporting related administration.
Key responsibilities:
Provide polite, professional first-line customer service support to retailer/end-user customers, under supervision.

Retail Regional Manager (Fixed Term Contract– August to January)

Our client is the UK's largest multi-charity retailer, operating a nationwide network of seasonal Christmas pop-up shops that raise vital funds for over 200 national and local charities. We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Retail Regional Manager to join the team for the busy festive season.
About the role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of seasonal shops within your region, supporting Shop Managers and volunteers to maximise sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
From preparing shops for opening to analysing sales performance and building strong relationships with venue partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring a successful Christmas trading period.
What you'll be doing
Lead, coach and support Shop Managers across your region.
Drive sales performance through coaching, analysis and commercial decision-making.
Support the recruitment of seasonal staff and volunteers.
Build strong relationships with shop venues and key stakeholders.
Monitor performance, manage budgets and produce regional reports.
Coordinate seasonal administration, stock logistics and operational planning.
Ensure every shop delivers an exceptional experience for customers, volunteers and charity partners.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in Area, Regional or Cluster Management within a customer-facing retail environment
Is commercially aware with a passion for driving sales.
Enjoys working independently while supporting remote teams.
Has excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
Is highly organised, analytical and confident using Microsoft Office.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
Experience in high street retail, charity retail or managing volunteers would be advantageous.
