Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Senior Mechanic supports the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the upkeep and repair of production equipment and facility systems. This includes assisting with troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns, as well as performing maintenance work related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other essential building systems. The Senior Mechanic also plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the maintenance department and ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely. KEY DUTIES & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with the day-to-day operations and workflow of the maintenance department.
