Set tools for power press machinery.Switch off the machines at the end of the shift.Check the product quality.All products must be inspected 1 in 25 for scratches, dents, debris marks, pain defects, curl backs, mis-fed sharp edges.A first off sample must be visible and signed for before machine can be operated.Report any concerns to the Product Engineer.Remove scrap from trimming tools, leave machine and the work area in a safe, clean and tidy state.Any oil spillages must be cleaned up and disposed of using soiled oil mats and putting in correct area.Adhere to equipment safety procedure and all safe systems of work.Adhere to mandatory PPE requirements at all time, this includes boots gloves and earplugs this list is not exhaustive.All legitimate requests made by management.All tools must be stored in their correct areas safely and any amendments to the settings of the tools must be updated.
