The Role
You will manage your own mixed caseload of regional and national transactions including corporate finance matters, M&A and private equity.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Negotiating Contracts including share purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, and joint venture agreements.
Drafting and reviewing company policies and shareholder agreements.
Drafting and reviewing contracts such as service agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, and licensing arrangements.
Advising on contract enforcement and risk mitigation.

Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Corporate Law

The role involves managing a diverse caseload of sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold from file opening to completion. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of Residential Property transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision. They will also be motivated and able to create and maintain a solid client base in and around the area and will pride themselves on delivering a first class service throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Main Responsibilities
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the clients initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
- Taking instructions from clients and advising accordingly.
- Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
