The Role The firm's residential conveyancing department is going from strength to strength and as part of this successful team you will be involved in assisting supervising the residential conveyancing department and be responsible for the expansion of the team and the development of the office. This is an important role because in addition to assisting with running the department, you will also operate as a fee earner in your own right. You will be handling a broad spectrum of work, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, panel work and more complex transactions such as shared ownerships and share equity sales and purchases.
