Early Years Apprenticeship
Create and maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences for children, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, and story time
Observe and assess children's development and progress, and record observations using appropriate documentation
Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible care and support for their child
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals, including sharing information and contributing to team meetings
Foster positive relationships with children and their families, promoting inclusivity and diversity
Actively promote and implement the nursery's policies and procedures, including health and safety, safeguarding, and equal opportunities
Training:
Early Years Practitioner Level 2
Training is one day a week at our Colindale Site (NW9 6TD)
Training Outcome:
If the applicant is successful, they can go into further training or employment.
Employer Description:
This role will require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. First Rung will support you in completing this. If you do not meet the desirable qualifications or work experience, First Rung can assist with relevant training and work experience.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
