Your Experience
Proven experience as Chief People Officer or HR Director within multi property hospitality groupsStrong hotel and restaurant background is essentialExperience leading large workforces across multiple sitesExperience in international openings and rapid expansionBackground in businesses transitioning from entrepreneurial to structured corporate modelsHands on operator comfortable building systems from the ground upExperience developing reporting structures, SOPs and governance frameworksStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence owners and senior stakeholdersTrack record within commercially successful organisations
Your Responsibilities
Lead and restructure the group HR functionOversee payroll, recruitment, training, administration, employer branding, wellbeing and policy managementBuild clear reporting structures and accountability frameworksImplement structured SOPs across all propertiesDrive a unified culture across the groupLead and develop an HR team of approximately 12 peopleSupport significant headcount growth linked to new openings
