Retail Asset Solutions are looking to take on Retail Stock Counters to join our already existing minibus teams.

The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 25 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

The Role
We are looking for Retail Team Driver to add to our already successful team.
This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 25 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Automotive Service Advisor job role:

Optical Customer Service Advisor – Caerphilly
Salary: Up to £25,565 per year plus quarterly bonusHours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Zest Optical are working with an established optical laboratory in Caerphilly to recruit a full time Optical Customer Service Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Optical Assistant looking to take their career in a different direction, using their optical knowledge in an office-based customer service role.
You will support optical practices with product enquiries and orders, building relationships with customers and working closely with the laboratory team. With no weekend working and the potential for hybrid working after probation, the role offers an appealing change from practice-based hours.
Optical Customer Service Advisor – Role
Act as a key point of contact for optical practices by telephone and email
Use your optical knowledge to provide advice on products and services
Process customer orders accurately and keep records up to date
Monitor orders and keep customers informed of progress
Work closely with production, logistics and dispatch teams to resolve queries and minimise delays
Handle customer concerns professionally, taking ownership of enquiries through to resolution
Keep your product knowledge up to date through ongoing training
Full time, permanent position
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekends
Potential for hybrid working following probation
Optical Customer Service Advisor – Requirements
Previous experience working within an optical practice is essential
Good understanding of optical products and the day-to-day needs of a practice
A friendly, professional telephone manner and clear written communication
Enjoy helping customers and finding practical solutions to queries
Accurate administration skills and strong attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Able to prioritise your workload and remain calm during busy periods
A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
Optical Customer Service Advisor – Salary and Benefits
Up to £13.11 per hour, equivalent to approximately £25,565 per year
Quarterly bonus equivalent to 6% annually
Total annual earnings of approximately £27,098 with the full bonus
33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays
Monday to Friday working with no weekends
Potential for hybrid working after probation
Ongoing training and development
