About the team
This team is responsible for undertaking specialist parenting assessments using the Parent Assessment Manual Software (PAMS) framework. The team completes detailed, evidence-based reports to inform decision-making, ensuring all work is in line with relevant legislation, policies, and court requirements. The team also work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to assess risk, identify strengths, and promote the safety, stability, and overall well-being of children.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three year’s experience within Children’s Social Work. Having a good understanding and knowledge of family assessments and family court experience is key for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.
