Practice Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) to join an established practice located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Start date -  As soon as possible.

End date – April 27 (May extend)

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday.

Working hours will be 07:45am – 17:15pm (42.5 hours per week, with some flexibility)

Essential Experience:

Previous management or significant leadership experience within dentistry.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dental practice performance.Experience working with KPIs, targets, budgets or financial performance.Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate data into action.Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of compliance within a regulated dental environment.A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus up to £7,000 annual performance bonus.
