JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks. Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior roofing inspection and diagnostic experience Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Prior safety training and complete a minimum of 10-hour OSHA certification Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment, and/or material up to approx. 75 lbs. over long distances Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)

As the Service Quality Manager your key responsibilities include:
Completing quality, compliance and service audits and identifying areas requiring improvement
Reviewing care documentation, governance systems and evidence of regulatory compliance
Supporting services to develop and complete robust action plans following audits, inspections or identified concerns
Working alongside managers to embed improvements rather than simply identifying what needs to change
Monitoring outstanding actions and providing appropriate challenge where improvements are not progressing
Supporting services preparing for, or responding to, CQC inspections and other regulatory or commissioner activity
Identifying emerging risks, themes and trends and ensuring these are appropriately escalated
Providing practical advice, coaching and guidance to managers and teams
Following up improvements to ensure changes have been embedded and sustained.
Promoting a positive culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Proven experience in a quality, compliance, auditing or senior operational role within adult social care
A strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and the regulatory framework
Experience of auditing care services and developing and monitoring improvement plans
The confidence to identify poor practice, challenge appropriately and support managers to make improvements
The ability to review information critically, identify risk and distinguish between isolated issues and wider systemic concerns
Strong written skills and the ability to produce clear, evidence-based reports
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively across several services
A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people receiving care
The ability to travel regularly between services
The successful Service Quality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days from 9am-5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

As our Maintenance Mechanic you are are to maintain and repair plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations while maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Here's what you can expect every day:
Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including: pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability.
Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes.
Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime.
Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition. Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations. Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Comply with company safety rules and procedures. Complete daily and shift clean up tasks.
Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete.
Support and complete small capital projects.
Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required
Ability to do basic math.
Accurately enter and retrieve computer data.
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process.
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
Willing to work overtime as required.
Salary Target Range: $35.00 p/h - $40.00 p/h. Bonus Eligible
