Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.Manage investigations from start to finish and recommend appropriate next steps.Advise managers on performance concerns, disciplinary action, documentation, and terminations.Work closely with Operations and HR to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall team culture.Help ensure policies and employment practices are applied consistently and in line with California and multi-state regulations.Partner with senior HR leaders and legal advisors on sensitive or higher-risk matters.
About You
