As an apprentice mobile mechanic, you will complete services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers' homes or workplaces, offering a diverse range of experiences
Throughout your qualification, you'll have access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company vehicle and complete tool kit, which will ensure you have the tools needed to succeed and grow
Training:During your apprenticeship programme you will complete a mix of both college learning and on the job training. This role will provide much more than just how to be a mechanic!
Successful candidates will by employed by the RAC and will attend college on a block basis in Enfield, working towards achieving their Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship.
The programme combines college learning with hands-on training led by experienced apprentice team leaders.
You’ll enjoy variety- diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and checks and gain confidence in making decisions on the spot.
You’ll take pride in doing a quality job every time, delivering the complete peace of mind that comes from the RAC.Training Outcome:Following the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will beoffered the opportunity to apply for full-time employment as a MobileMechanic.

This role is ideal for a recent school or college leaver with a passion for engineering and a willingness to learn. As an Apprentice Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive full support as you develop your skills in electrical design. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, with an interest in electrical systems and control panel design. You should be comfortable using computers and open to learning industry-standard software such as EPLAN P8.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems for standard and custom equipment
Ensure designs comply with the Machinery Directive
Support development of electrical software and hardware
Provide technical assistance to Sales, Service, Production, and Spares teams
Liaise with suppliers on technical matters
Maintain and update electrical documentation
