Our client, a leading global technology services and infrastructure provider, is seeking an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme for a major financial services organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile technology refresh programme, managing complex infrastructure deployments across multiple locations while working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Based on-site in Canary Wharf, this role may require occasional evening, weekend, and EMEA travel to support programme delivery.

The Role
As Project / Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale technology lifecycle programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the key liaison between the client, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers, providing leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage programme budgets, financial reporting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure all project documentation, governance, and reporting are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitor programme performance against agreed objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, operational, and client requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the programme.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure, workplace technology, or IT lifecycle programmes within enterprise environments.
You will be a highly organised and commercially aware project leader, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure, technology refresh, or lifecycle management programmes.
• Strong project and programme planning, scheduling, and coordination expertise.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Experience working within enterprise or financial services environments would be advantageous.
• PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certification desirable.

An Electrical Calibration Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, contributing to the design and development of high-reliability RF communication systems and electronic hardware solutions.
The Electrical Calibration Engineer, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, will be expected to perform the calibration, adjustment, and where appropriate repair of a wide range of DC to RF instrumentation, within a UKAS accredited laboratory operating to ISO/IEC 17025.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out calibration of electrical/electronic RF instrumentation including signal generators, spectrum analysers, RF power meters and components.
Apply RF measurement principles including frequency, amplitude, impedance, attenuation and modulation.
Diagnose faults and perform repair to component level where required.
Review and develop calibration procedures in line with ISO/IEC 17025.
Recommend improvements to RF calibration methods and measurement techniques.
Ensure compliance with QMS, quality objectives, and health & safety standards.
Attend customer sites as and when required.
Undertake any associated additional duties as required by the Laboratory Manager.
Key skills & experience:
ONC, HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
Provable experience in a UKAS accredited laboratory.
Strong RF/microwave calibration and measurement experience.
Knowledge of spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators, power meters and sensors, VSWR analysers and oscilloscopes.
Understanding of measurement uncertainty and traceability.
RF repair and diagnostics experience
DC/LF calibration experience

THE ROLE
My client, an established smallish firm of Quantity Surveying consultants now seeks a QUANTITY SURVEYOR at either Project Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level to join them in their City of London office.
You should be able to run your own projects as a Quantity Surveyor and ideally be able to run several projects concurrently working very closely with the clients, the architects and interior designers.
Projects are varied and will include retail and fit-out for flag ship stores and offices plus sports clubs and also high end residential projects.
THE COMPANY
My client is a smallish busy firm of PQS based in the City of London.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.
My client would like someone at either Project Surveyor level or Senior Surveyor level.
You do not need to be chartered but should have good experience of both pre and post contract work including good experience of contract administration.
You should be able to take ownership of selected live projects from throughout the project right through to handover and completion.
Experience of doing cost plans, tender documentation and undertaking tender analysis.
You need some experience of managing contractor procurement and providing recommendations to the client.
You will also support value engineering exercises to achieve project budgets.
You will need to have a recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying i.e. BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar and have around 2 plus years experience ideally with a PQS
You should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken to deal with people at all levels.
You should have a stable work record.
Salary is in the region of £50000 to £60000 at Project Surveyor level and £60000 to £70000 for senior level QS plus bonus general up to 5%, pension, RICS fees etc.
