We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join a well-established hospitality operator known for its fantastic craft beer offering, lively atmosphere, great food and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about developing people.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the business.Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service and creating a fantastic atmosphere.Support the GM in overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations.Inspire, train and develop a large team across the bar, floor and kitchen.Take ownership of the business in the General Manager's absence.Drive sales, profitability and operational performance.Manage labour, stock, costs and overall business efficiency.Build a positive, people-focused culture where the team genuinely enjoys coming to work.

Who Are We Looking For?
