A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London. CBW is currently looking for 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in the City. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical basic, electrical and fabric maintenance to the following. You will be working in a very client facing high end Law Firm so attention to detail & proffesionalism.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Pumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checksPlumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etcBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsEmergency light testingBasic Electrical dutiesGeneral fabric duties/making goodHours of work

 

Monday to Friday

 

8am - 5pm

 

Requirements

Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)A proven track record in Building MaintenanceGood Communication Skills.Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LVGood Leadership & Management skillsDesirable
